In line with Preston City Council’s masterplan for the Tithebarn area, the Partnership’s proposals are for an exciting development which will provide Preston with an aspirational mix of new retailers, leisure facilities, homes whilst creating several thousand new jobs. This will without doubt have an extremely positive impact on Preston, its residents, the local economy and the surrounding areas.
